Terms for Sales Artwork for Logos & Text - Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop, Bitmap (bmp), Encapsulated Postscript (eps), & MS Word & Excel (text only). Photographs - Jpeg (jpg), Targa (tga) & Tiff (tif) in color or B & W. No charge for stock, repeat orders or existing art that does not need resizing. PhotoShop and Illustrator and other flat artwork $40.00 (v) per hour, minimum $10.00 (v) per image. See Current Price Lists for Personalization, Copy change, and additional charges on selected products. Acknowledgments of Purchase Orders and Artwork - acknowledged by e-mail or phone. Please remember, any delay in returning signed acknowledgement COULD DELAY YOUR ORDER. Please review your acknowledgements carefully.
Pricing & Ordering - Prices and subject to change without notice. Minimum Order $50.00 (r), less than minimum add $10.00 (v). Orders for more than one item are eligible for combination pricing. Contact us for quantity pricing greater than what is listed in our catalog pricing. A charge of 20% to 100% of the total order will be billed for any cancellation of work in process. Charges will depend on the status of production.
Camera Ready Art – We accept PC format artwork in compliance with PPAI Smart Codes. No FAX artwork unless it identifies previous art. If submitted artwork is unacceptable, you will be contacted. Acceptable Art Formats - 3D (Sub-Surface Laser Engraving) 3-D Studio Max 8 or lower (max) Other 3D (dwg) (dxf) (obj) (stl). For 3D sub-surface projects, color or B & W OK. 3D Models in acceptable formats may require additional art charges, when no acceptable Model exists, please call for a factory quote.
3D Model artwork $55.00 (v) per hour. Typical art charge to convert Logo into 3D model is $75.00(v) or more. Call for quote to discuss development of detailed 3D models for subsurface engraving from photographs or other images. No art charges or setup when using our stock library 3D models.
Electronic Proofs - Allow 5 working days after our receipt of your order for an electronic proof. If there is extensive artwork required to produce 3D model proof may require more time. Minimum $12.50 (v) charge for electronic proofs on orders under $500; orders over $500, electronic proofs fees are waived.
Production - Production to shipping times start when final written art or production sample APPROVAL is in our possession. Every purchase order MUST include IN-HANDS date. We will not be responsible for shipping delays due to customer delays caused by Art changes or Approval delays. Normal production times apply after our receipt of ART APPROVAL.
Shipping - All shipping F.O.B. Orlando, Florida, U.S.A. unless otherwise agreed to in writing. All orders are shipped prepaid via Ground Carrier unless otherwise specified in your PO. All shipping charges will be added to your invoice. Shrink Wrap Skid: $25.00 (v) per skid. Carrier returns due to incorrect supplied address, or other information will be charged at carrier return fee plus $5.00 per skid. Add $4.00 (v) for Fulfillment, Drop or Split Shipment Services for handling for each addressee, plus associated shipping charges. You must supply us with shipping lists or labels.
International Shipping - $20.00 (v) per location; all documents/declared value must be prepared by distributor prior to shipment. We will prepare your documents if requested, $20.00 (v). Please call for further details. Freight Claims - Title of goods passes to the buyer FOB. You MUST retain all packaging materials and items for inspection by carrier. Distributor must notify us within 48 hours of damaged goods. We will process claims on your behalf, and will credit your account when they credit us.Return Merchandise Authorization - Our shipping department will NOT accept returns without a RMA number attached and clearly noted on the packaging. All returns must be made to us within 10 days after receipt of the product.
Samples - Spec samples are priced at EQP plus make ready or art charges. Random samples are invoiced at EQP. If you would like to return a sample, it must be returned within 30 days of invoice date. We will issue a credit memo if the sample is returned in good condition and the sample is valued at less than $25. Freight and additional charges are not refundable.
Trademarks & Submitted Artwork - All trademarks or logos shown in the catalog are for illustration only. Artwork submitted to us is assumed to be in compliance with all applicable laws for trademark, copyright, or patents. Logos, pictures, and trademarks displayed in this catalog have been reproduced only as examples of work. They are not presented for resale nor are they to be construed as product or brand name endorsements.
Quality Control Standards - Due to the inherent properties of glass, ceramics, wood and marble, small imperfections may be evident from time to time that do not diminish the effectiveness or appeal of the product, Variations in materials, firing temperatures and glaze may result in variances in appearance which are and must be considered acceptable. Exact color matches are not guaranteed due to the nature of glass, ceramic, dye sublimation, wood, canvas, and marble products, their enamels and inks.
